At Allstar Construction & Maintenance we check your siding around your entire association and look for any homes that may have loose or warped siding. Often we can easily fix any issues and prevent more serious problems from occurring.

If any damaged siding is beyond repair or there are too many problem areas we will work with you to discuss your options for replacement. We install all types of siding from vinyl, Hardie Plank, cedar to LP Smart siding. Whatever style is needed to match your association’s community guidelines.

From door and window framing and trim to repairing broken glass and screens, Allstar Construction & Maintenance repair services keep your association’s doors and windows doing their job and looking great. Even smaller tasks such as adjusting hinges to fixing stuck doors, painting or replacing trim, we do it all.

Maintenance is part of our seasonal planning. Adding or replacing weather-stripping and caulking around doors and windows is a great way to cut energy losses, and keep homeowners’ doors and windows working properly.
